Our Vision

Building a community of trust, care and support for children 

whose relatives are presently afflicted with, or have had, cancer

Camp Simba intends to create an enduring and growing community of participants that extends beyond the initiative itself and that serves as a constant source of support for its members. We hope to solidify this vision with the creation of a “Camp Simba Alumni group” which older participants (past the age of 16) can join after “graduating” from the camp such that they become involved in the process of planning and implementation of Camp Simba and eventually take leadership and ownership of the initiative.
